Who to write to depending on what you need, and what is worth checking first.

Before you write

Three things answer most questions faster than an email does:

• If something stopped responding, check platform status first: it publishes the state of each backend and its history.
• If a call started failing after working, the changelog lists every contract change with its date.
• If the error carries a request_id, keep it: it is what lets us find your exact case instead of guessing at a repro. How to read it is in errors and idempotency.

API support

For integration problems, unexpected endpoint behaviour, credentials or limits, write to hola@meteor.com.co or reach us on WhatsApp at +57 301 586 5639. Include the request_id, the operation (its operationId in the contract) and the approximate time: that turns three round trips into one.

Security

If you found a vulnerability, write to hola@meteor.com.co with "Security" in the subject, and please hold off on publishing until we have had a chance to look. If the finding involves a leaked API key, rotate it from the workspace panel before writing — that stops the bleeding immediately.
